This is the only hard one. I might not want to post source to this because
it took me weeks to even get it to respond. Right now I havn't even got
the entire stack programmed. :\

Parallax's RF module is just as good as a tin can string telephone. There
are some others for about $50 that are well worht it. Combine them with
the serial interface and you've got an RF interface.
