Nevermind, I found a supplier for the ICs.

So you guys can avoid a more-than-the-price-of-the-chip shipping cost,
I will sell them to you guys.  I will place a order for them in 1 or 2 weeks
to fill all the orders.  I will sell them for $4 each including shipping.  If

please email me at Maxxkills@aol.com. These are 28-pin surface mount CMOS SRAM
32k*8 70 or 85Ns access.  The shipping cost from the supplier is $3, so you
are saving a few bucks from ordering from me.
