Actually 10 would be 100 ns access in this case.  You aren't gonna
find high speed SRAM in a ti calc.

It's gonna be a 128k chip.  The procedure for upgrading would be the
same as you did for the 85, except there may be two CS lines in which
case things would get more complicated (one would be active high, the
other active low).
