RE: TI-H: Parallel Link Problem. AND TI-LCD interface

Hello,
I posted this message a few weeks ago about what your inquiring about.
>Can any one tell me how the Ti-92 viewscreen works and/or tell me where I
can get a schematic >for one?
>See, I am having the idea that maybe I can make a backlite LCD screen that
I can actually see. >Based on what I know now, (nothing) about the view
screen interface I an assuming I can plug
>into the slot on the Ti-92 and what ever is on the screen would go to the
one that I have made. >In addition, it would be a way to repair the 92s that
have broken screens but still work
>otherwise.
It seems like a great idea, a lot of my professors use overhead projectors
and cut some of the lights and I rally cannot see the calc screen on my
ti-92. In my opinion they should have used a different LCD but....I really
cannot find any information or schematics and I cannot afford to experiment
on my calc so I sort of gave up the thought. But E-mail me if you happen
across some info and I'll do the same.

100Mbit to the mail server, T1 to the ISP :) Gotta love it.
I'm getting spoiled, I'll have a hard time going back to a
dialup connection. Guess its time to get an ISDN.

is gussie on a dedicated connection?

um... 'Z80', there, now we're on topic ;)

Really though, has anyone figured out how the TI sends
data to the LCD board? What I am after is would it be
practical to use a TI LCD for other projects, or would
it be better to just buy a new LCD (since they are not
that expensive anyway?
