Call up JDR Microdevices. 1-(800)-538-5000.

They had a $40 Multimeter that does DC and AV volts, Dc and AV current,
Resistance, Capacitance, Temperature, hFE (transistors), and diode check.

Not sure i they have it yet, but try. Tell me how you like it if you buy it!
