On the PC simply hold dosh the Alt key then type 0167 then release the Alt
key.  You should get the cool looking §.
For more cool characters open the character map in Windows, choose the font
that you want, then click on the character that you want to know how to
make.  It will then give you the "keystroke" in the lower right hand corner
of the character map screen.
