Those aren't commands. When DOS 1.2 was released, people had to run every
driver they needed. So microsoft made an auto execute batch file
(autoexec.bat) and if there was a batch file named autoexec.bat, it would
automatically execute it. The config.sys isn't a command but a list of
drivers. in other words, making a program called config isn't going to
hurt anything...
