On my web page under "electronics", you will find chip pinouts and directories :-)

Does anyone know the pinout of the EEPROMS in the ROM module? Basically,
I am trying to add hardware directly to the address and data bus, and I
need to know pinouts to do this.
I am confused with one thing though. The RAM chip has something like 20
or so addressing pins, but it is only 128K. It only has 8 I/O pins, but
the processor had a 16 bit bus, right? How does this work out?
