they both have their pros and cons. Linux typically is smaller and faster,
with more hardware and user support. FreeBSD is generally more trusted,
with better networking (supposed, i haven't seen any proof :), and follows
the BSD standard closer than Linux (more SysV-ish). my personal choice is
Linux, because i like to tinker with things like NTFS support, dosemu,
wine, and neat projects that aren't written for BSD. as this is the
TI-Hardware list, i think we should quit posting about unix, and start
talking more about TI's. this is my last post about unix, i swear :)
