RTFM! What's so difficult about this?
This is on a TI-85: 
Receiving calc: LINK - RECV
Transmitting calc: LINK - SEND - BCKUP - XMIT

Then you'll have to confirm the backup as usual.
For other calcs, the procedure should be about the same.
