Okay, maybe I was melodramatic, but better safe than sorry.  About
running your calculator off an AC adaptor...  I have a four plug/four
voltage multi adaptor  which runs at 300ma.  I saw before that 150ma was
recommended.  I tried it on my screendamaged 85 at 6 volts and the screen
was always max contrast.  at 3V, 300ma the calc ran as if moderate
battery wear eg screen 7-8.  Is this okay, or will it hurt my calc?
