Well, why not?  it would sure be easy to swap out the memory cards, for
example, and let a friend borrow it...or perhaps you could have seperate
cards, with one for puzzle games, one for action games, one for programs,
etc.

And as far as fitting it goes, a standard commercial card drive could be used
with just a few modifications to the connection.  Since the protocol for
accessing these things is widely available, it would be a little easier to
write the software than for something without a widely known protocol.
