	I constructed a parallel link, but I can't get it to work correctly.  I
have tried using CAL, LinkXP, and a few other programs.  All of them report
the link test as successful, but no matter what I do i get an Error 38
Transmission Error.  Anyone with any insight that could help would be of
great help.
