Yeah, a transmitting antenna creates an electro-magnetic wave in the air.
If this come across a receiving antenna, it creates the opposite. The
charge goes into the circut, instead of out of it. It's the same phenomenon
that occurs when you run a magnet over a coil of wire. A current is
created. In the radio waves, this occurs to, but to a much smaller degree.
That's how the wire for the speakers can pick it up. The speakers pick
that up as audio to be played, amplifies it, and makes it sound.
