Here's a tip:
_NEVER_ _NEVER_ _NEVER_ _NEVER_ _NEVER_ _NEVER_ _NEVER_ _NEVER_ hook
up an LED to a power source without a series resistor, unless it has
a resistor built into it! You WILL destroy the LED!
That's the voice of experience talking there... ;)
ALSO... LEDs should NEVER burn out IF you have the proper value
resistor connected in series with them... :)
