Well, that depends.  If you have a TI-83 or TI-82, you can just add a (,0) 
to the end.  So to erase this:

:Line(1,3,2,4)

you would just put this:

:Line(1,2,3,4,0)

adding a zero to a line will erase any pixels that are not already white in 
that line.
