You all are right.  BASIC is just a language that is easier to read than 
ASM.  Your calculator translates it into ASM code while you are running it.  
That's why it goes too slow.  In reference to a BASIC->ASM compiler, one is 
already being made.  You know the guy who is making TIMM (TI-MultiMedia) 
-Frank Shoep?  He's the one who is making it.  His webpage is here:
