AOL -- like it, has nice features -- I AM NOT STUPID. i am actually very 
smart on a computer
Excite.com  -- EMail address, good features
mIRC -- Chat, programs
IE 5.X -- its good... i hate it because it will crash when you close it and 
you cant click ok or the X and it will disapear (like that one guys netscape)
MS Front Page -- WYSIWYG
       or
Arachnophilia (SP?)  --  html editor..
