I got the kinks worked out of Zoom.

	and  	http:\\www.flash.net\~gobets\downloads\Zoom92p.zip

Brief directions:
arrows stretch/shrink vertical/horizontal.
+ and - zoom in and out by 2

F1 brings up menus
	Zoom is pretty much the standard zoom menu.  ZoomDec now sets each pixel at
.125 instead of .1
	Quadrants allows you to view just one quadrant.
F5 quits.
