There is a way to convert numbers to string and basically all variables 
except pictures, GDBs and Programs can interchange between strings and 
other vars.  On my mom's Macintosh, I downloaded the Mac version of 
Ti-Graph link software and it comes with a bunch of progs that convert 
stuff like that.  It only comes with the Mac version so you could email 
ti or something.
