Because since OSR2 (or win98) PCs were using Fat16.  Now some are using
Fat32...  I beleive Amigas do away with allocations aand just store raw
data?

Btw, Win98 isn't any better than 95 or 97, execpt that you get 144 install
disks...instead of 13
