I think the easiest way is to download it from TI :-)
You can unzip the file and you'll find the rom in hex format.
Read the tasm help file to understand the format if you need it.
Let's go back to your project of enabling asm on the ti73: I
wonder why you simply don't send an e-mail to ti to ask for the
same command than in the ti83+ : asm(
I suppose it would be mainly a matter of copy/paste :-)
