I'm getting the message:

Cannot load procedure.  In order to use the "Windows Only
(Black Cable)", please reinstall GraphLink.

Tried reinstalling with no luck.  A mailing list told me
that there was a DLL file fix somewhere.

Anybody have or know where this file could be obtained?
