The new code. Only RAM is reset when the calc crashes, the AMS is stored on
the Flash ROM, which is non-volatile memory (doesn't need power to keep
data).

Not yet, but it will be eventually.

Not much. The new code only added a few features, and is fully compatible
with the old code commands.
