Re: *NEW* ticalc.org proposal...
Two weeks ago, if you'd have asked me to name someone at ticalc.org I would
have said Bryan Rabler. ticalc.org is THE biggest most well known TI
calculator website and running the archives (Bryan's former job) is THE most
important job at ticalc.org. If this isn't relevant to the TI calculator
community, I don't know what is.
Think of it this way. If Alan Greenspan (Federal Reserve Chairman, THE most
important job in the government) were fired tomorrow, CNN would spend weeks
talking about it. The Fox News Channel would spend weeks talking about it.
Rush Limbaugh would spend weeks talking about it. Every political web site
on the internet would spend weeks talking about it. If you don't want to
hear about it, what should you do? Change the channel. Don't listen if you
don't want to.
Bryan poured his heart and soul into ticalc.org, and what happened was a big
shock to everyone. Whether it's important in the long run or not, it's
news NOW, and people are going to talk about it. You want us to stop our
whining? Stop your own.
