Let's face it, the index in the manual sucks big time; too many
omissions. I'm taking technical writing now and I can
immediately see that TI needs to pay someone out of house to do
it better.

For instance, I wanted to learn how to find angle measurements
in Degrees, Minutes, and Seconds.

I looked up:
Angles
Vectors
Trigonometry
Degrees
Minutes

I found nothing, nada, zero. Where in the index is it located? I
finally found it by looking through the descriptions of all the
entries in, "Alphebetical Listing of Operations" one at a time
until I finally saw it in the "D's" under  >DMS.
