What is up with the list server?

I don't know about you all, but I just got 233 messages today...some dated as
far back as 12/19/98. This is the second time something like that has
happened....only the first time the delay was only a couple of
days....anyways I think that the list server is somehow screwed up....so
please, TI, fix it--because a newsgroup with a down server is no good!
