I'm sorry, I can't really help with that because it just worked for me
the first time I tried to use the
software (after figuring out that I had to initialize my port).
Anyway, here are my port settings (The defaults, I figure....) :
Bits per second: 9600
Data bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop bits: 1
Flow control: Xon/Xoff
Also make sure your Port address is set right in the software and that
you don't have any hardware conflicts, obviously.
