I have a TI-83 graphing calculator that was recently sent in for repairs
to Texas.  They sent it back saying that it could be repaired but they did
not have the parts to do so.  What does that mean!!!???  How can a
company selling a product still on the market not have parts to repair
that product.  I am furious, and I expect an immediate explanation and
some kind of compensation.  This calculator is not cheap by any means.  I
am also in the process of contacting your company president about this
matter.
I expect a reply.
