To delete any program, use 2nd MEM (the 3 key) then press F2, then MORE.  F5
will give you a list of programs.  Move the cursor to the one you want to
delete and press Enter.

To insert code into a basic or uncompiled machine language program, move to
the end of the line ABOVE where you want to insert a line.  Press 2nd INS
(the DEL key) and press Enter.
