No offense intended, Bryan, but you're sounding a bit repetetive.
Those that are going to do it are going to do it...
I doubt many, if any, people are going to avoid doing it b/c of legal issues.
I realize TICalc's legal stance on having to disapprove of this practice
(otherwise TI might slap you so hard with a lawsuit your faces would still burn
in court) but I hope you can realize how little effect it probably has.
No, I don't do ROM dumps... Not that it's beyond me, it just bores me =)

BTW- is taking your OWN ROM dump and storing it on your hard drive (not sending
it out anywhere) legal or not?  I never bothered to find out.
