I have problem dumping the Rom from my TI 83,

I use the 4$ serial link, I have no problem loading file from PC to calc
or calc to PC using W32trans8X
I'm using RONDUMP2 from Randy Gluvna

1- I start romdump using this line romdump ti83.rom 262144 2 (since I
use COM 2)
2- on the calc I enter Send(9ROM83
3- I get the presentation screen (on the calc)
4- I press enter (on the calc)
5- I receive a Error message --> Err : Link  1:quit 2:goto
while the PC is still waiting for something to be transmitted
