Another way on the TI-83 is X^n@ , where @ is the _reciprocal_ function
(looks like x^-1 on the key). But on the TI-89 this key (along with the x^2
key) has been removed from the keyboard to make room for things like "angle".
A mistake, IMO.

The combination ^-1 is available in the catalog, but this is not too
convenient. Maybe the best thing would be to write a small function called
rt(n,x) to extract the root. Though if you named it zt(n,x) you could call it
without having to touch the ALPHA key.  :-)}
