Re: quadratic formula for the ti-86???
I have found the Polynomial Root-Finder to be very helpful. Just press
[2nd] [POLY] and enter 2 as the order. Then enter the coefficients and
you're all set. It tells you all the real and complex solutions. Works
for equations up to order30.
