TI-92, HELP! Significative numbers!!!

I've recently joined this list and I already find it super!
Finally I can count with somebody to talk about problems which occur
when I'm working with the TI-92.
Does the TI-92 works with significant numbers, this is:
2,00 x 2 = 4
2,00 x 2,0 = 4,0
2,00 x 2,00 = 4,00
2,00 x 2,000 = 4,00
2,00 x 12,00 = 24,0
123,0 + 1 = 124
123,0 + 1,0 = 124,0
123,0 + 1,00 = 124,0
And why 1,5 = 2. and 2,5 = 3. ???
Shouldn't it round the number to the nearest pair (2,4,6,8,...)?! Why
does it always rounds to the number above? Shouldn't it be 1,5 = 2.
2,5 = 2. and 3,5 = 4. and 4,5 = 4. ?!
