a "bug" in the TI86 ????

I've got a problem, in the mode "conversion"-"temp" :
with the conversion 500F>0C, the calculator gives me 10 for answer, and for
the conversion -140F>0C, the calculator gives me 10 for answer too.

Do you find it logic ???
