I attempted twice to transfer a ROM dump from an 83.  I followed the
instructions to the letter.  However, the binary file was never created
because it got to 99% done transferred but then the CPS dropped (the first
time I tried I had a CD-Player TSR going which made the transfer stop when
it changed songs...I stopped the player before trying the second time).  Is
running the ROM dump program under WFW 3.11 a bad idea?
