i need help

A couple days ago when I turned on my calc, all that came up was
garbage. The calculator seems to respond to everything, it just doesn't
come up on the screen right. Does anyone know what might cause this?
If not, does anyone know how much TI charges to repair an 83 as I seem
to have lost the reciept. I put in two screen shots, ones the home
screen the other the graph screen.
