You enter them as you see them. if you have
Ax^6 + Bx^5 + Cx^4 + Dx^3 + Ex^2 + Fx + G = 0
just go down and enter the numbers like you see them.
it would end up being:
a6=A
a5=B
a4=C
a3=D
a2=E
a1=F
a0=G
