Hi,

     I downloaded this "EMU83" from ticalc.org.  I wanted to test this
emulator on my computer but I don't understand how to use it.  I read
the readme.txt file but I don't understand how to create this "BIN"
file, what to do with it?, etc..  I'd appreciate your help as soon as
possible.  Thank you.
