TI-83 os cover-upper

Does anyone have a program (preferably something in asm, itll werk better)
thatll cover up the old ti83 os and have it so when you press prgm itll show
no programs and when you hit mem/check ram itll show everything as tho you
just cleared it?  obviously im looking for just a coverupper thing, all the
programs will still be there. this is all it needs to be, preferably as
realistic as humanly possible. thanx to anyone who can help.
