A lot of my friends in Algebra 2 have TI-83's (actually all of them,
maybe 3 people with 82's), I being the only one with an 86.
Anyway, several people got frogger on their calcs, and before running
any of them, they previously had maybe 2-3 kb of total memory left.
After running it they get an error of not enough memory. Funny cause at
least 1.5 kb of mem just vanished, it couldn't be added up in the
consumed to around 26kb. So I tried deleting all the variables, and they
running it again, this worked for a few times. Come to the conclusion,
if you want to play frogger, then leave plenty of space on there. this
happens to a lot of TI-83ASM games I've seen, including tetris 83Z.
Also, Jack The Klipper sent me some .bmp files showing a screen capture
of his 83, it showed somewhere like a total of 45+ kb of program used
space. Plus some more empty space, something like 25 kb. Either I'm
seeing things or the current TI-83 rom version has some minor bugs.
Either that or the ASM code for frogger (And some others) has some weird
code. (sorry, I'm not an ASM programmer).
