Re: Finding X- and Y-intercepts
Adam,
Use the trace function to find the y intercept by setting x=0. The y data displayed is the y intercept. (TI-83)
As long as you are in rectangular mode, there will only be one y intercept.

Subject: Finding X- and Y-intercepts
Anyone know how I can find the x and y intercepts of a graph? I kinda
managed to get the x intercept by graphing Y=0 and finding the
intersections. But is there away to do this easily and find the Y
intercepts? You can't graph a vertical line.
