You got it backwards. The 85 and 86 have MANY more features than the 83.
With the ASM programs at TI's web site, the only things that the 83 has
that the 86 doesn't are split screen and sequence graphing, but the 86 has
a load of stuff more, including a lot more memory.

85 OR 86!!! Yuck!! Why not do it on a REAL calculator - the 83. Okay
people, don't blast be too hard for that.
