I build the 4$ serial link and everything appeared to be working fine
until I went to test the link.  As soon as I entered the base address
into DOSTEST, the ground light went off and the calc wouldn't send.  I
have checked all connections and rebuilt the link a couple times.  If
anyone has any insight into the cause of this, I'd be most aprreciative.
btw. this problem occurs with wintest also.
