At the TI web site there is a simplex program for the TI-92
I have tried it but  can not get it to work. Assuming there is
no programming error in it I must not be using the right inputs.
I tried several common tableaus for the input  matrices and none
of those worked. There is no documentation nor is there any example to
mimic. If any one knows the author or knows how it works I would be
very appreciative.
