when this happens to me a take out the rectangular modual under the
test access panel...the one that the sticker says not to touch....then
i take out a battery. press on a few times put the battery in then put
the module back. this gets my calculator up and running but keep in
mind that this WILL erase your memouy so say goodbye to your programs,
i hoped you backed up recently.
but before you try this try what the other guy said only try my method
as an absoloute last dich effort when absoutly nothing else will work
i did this about 8 times to my ti92 and it seems to be functioning
properly now
