Is this in a FAQ? because if it is people don't have to keep
explaining.

ZShell and co. (OS85,OShell85,PhatOS,Usgard,UShell,CShell, OS7, etc.)
simply allow all asm programs to be accessed through custom F1, and
also allow for 'selective rom calls'. ie: a program calls the shell to
make the correct romcall, since the locations change as the rom
changes. However, since most of the ti-85 stays the same, the shell
doesn't do much. it certainly doesn't translate or anything like that.
It is completely out of control. it is not multitasking or
controlled.. it ain't quite a protected mode processor, that Z80, you
know :-P. The differences between the 85 and 86 are too big to allow
for running zshell on an 86 without recompiling every 85 program out
there.
