USGARD Problem

I would like to install USGARD on my TI-85, but I have 2 problems:

1. If I install the FULL version, everything works ok, but when I
upload new games (both ZSHELL and USGARD, they don't appear in the
USGARD menu)
2. If I try to install the LITE version, ZPAD tells me the transfer is
done, but my calculator thinks that it should receive more, so I get a
LINK error message and the calculator is reset!

My calcs rom version is 10, I use ZPAD for the transfer and I am
talking about USGARD 1.0

Any1 have any ideas or suggestions?
