Link: TI83 vs. TI85
I just had a question that came up a while ago that I haven't figured
out.
I decided, one week, to get some games on my friend's TI85. I had
already built a parallel link cable for my TI83, and it worked fine.
The problem is, no data is transmitting. I believe that the signal is
not getting to the calculator, which is causing the problem. My question
is this: Are the TI83 and the TI85 calc-to-calc links different? I don't
see why, but I've concluded that this could be the only possible
explanation. I used my TI83 link cable in order to build the link
(didn't think to use a 2.5mm socket...), and I was thinking *maybe* the
links are built differently.
If anyone can help me with this, I would appreciate it very much.
